The location of the hotel is perfect, close to both the harbor and airport. It is also conveniently located near shopping places and a convenience store. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating.
There were some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance.

Friendly staff, good breakfast menu with egg options. Convenient location near a mall, and a short taxi ride to the pier. Next door is a restaurant/salon that stays open late.

The staff were accommodating and even upgraded my room for free. The breakfast food was delicious and the WiFi connection was excellent. The location was also very convenient, with a 7-11 nearby and walking distance to the SM City mall. I highly recommend Mabolo Royal Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For the price we paid, this hotel was definitely a good deal. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the spacious rooms with a king bed and sofa bed, perfect for families. The attention to detail was evident in the well-working air conditioning and private bathroom. Additionally, the location along a busy street made it convenient for getting around the city easily.

The hotel is conveniently located, with the bus station and a supermarket nearby. It is also just a stone's throw away from a huge mall and right beside a beautiful church. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in this city.
